Dairy Expert Witness
We have considerable experience acting on behalf of both claimants and defendants. We also act in circumstances where a single joint instruction is required. The Dairy Group also has experience of working in the mediation process.
As well as providing technical expert witness reports, The Dairy Group are experienced in providing expert quantification reports.
All Dairy Group experts are trained in the responsibilities and requirements of Part 35 of the Civil Procedures Rule and the Protocol for the Instruction of Expert to give Evidence in Civil Claims – June 2005.
