UK milk production: The UK unadjusted production in June of 1174 million litres was 2 million litres (0.1%) above last year and 136 million litres below The Dairy Group quota profile. The June butterfat was 3.93%, which was 1 point below last year. The UK annual rolling production to June 2012 has increased slightly to 13,470 million litres, which was 1525 million litres (10.2%) below quota. The 12 month rolling butterfat remains at 4.07%, which is 10 points above the UK butterfat base of 3.97%, which reduces the under production by 242 million litres to 1283 million litres (8.6%) below quota.
