^{UK milk production: The UK unadjusted production in April of 1203 million litres was 11 million litres (0.9%) above last year and 139 million litres below The Dairy Group quota profile. The April butterfat was 4.06%, which was 4 points above last year. The UK annual rolling production to April 2012 has decreased to 13,467 million litres (due to a downward adjustment to the March production of 23 million litres), which was 1527 million litres (10.2%) below quota. The 12 month rolling butterfat remains at 4.06%, which is 9 points above the UK butterfat base of 3.97%, which reduces the under production by 218 million litres to 1309 million litres (8.7%) below quota. The wet April weather has tempered the milk production increase, down from +2.7% last month to +0.9% in April.}
